This fall (October-December), we’re going to launch a hybrid of our all-church Bible study and community group and mid-week Bible study ministries. On the first and third Wednesdays of the month, the whole church will gather together for all-church Bible study. On the second and four weeks of the month, we’ll gather in our community groups and mid-week Bible study and continue the Ephesians study.

We believe this format will allow us to welcome newer people into our community and nurture our identity as a reconciled people. (See below for more information about the schedule and format.)

Bible Study Formats

All-Church Wednesday Bible Study

On the first and third Wednesdays of the month, we’ll gather online from 7:45 – 9:00PM Central Time for 10-15 minutes of teaching followed by 30-40 minutes in small breakout groups with a facilitator for discussion and prayer.

Community Groups

Community groups gather throughout the week in highly-committed groups of 8-12 in people’s homes (online during the pandemic) to study the Bible, pray together and for each other, and provide a safe and supportive space. The leader facilitates discussion and members are expected to actively participate and share their thoughts.

Mid-Week Bible Study

We gather weekly at our church’s ministry center (online during the pandemic) to study the Bible in a teacher-led format. The leader provides some direct teaching and discussion facilitation, and attendees are expected to actively participate and share their thoughts.
